Do you take Apple Pay?
Yes, we accept Apple Pay as well as Google Pay and tap-to-pay at our machines with card readers. There is an ATM and a coin change machine on site, if preferred.
Why was my card charged $10?
Your bank will place a hold on your account greater than the amount to purchase one or multiple items in a single vendor transaction. This hold amount will be updated to reflect the actual transaction within 24-72 hours, depending on your bank’s policy. Your final charge amount will be only for items vend. Any questions regarding your bank's policy on “account holds” should be directed to your bank.
What are your hours?
We are open from 7 am to 8 pm every day.
Do you do dry-cleaning?
Yes, we provide a drop-off and pick-up dry-cleaning service. Check out our items and pricing, which are available here.
Can you dry-clean a suit for next-day pick-up?
Most times, the answer is yes! If it’s a single, navy, or black suit, the chances are good. Be sure to call and check before dropping it off, just in case!
Do you offer Delivery Service?
Currently, we are not taking new delivery clients. If you are interested in a Delivery Service, please call and leave your name and number with a Laundry Factory employee.
